Auckland’s Waitakere Estate provides a unique opportunity to hold a conference or corporate event “away from it all” while still being in close proximity to Auckland City. This not only saves on travelling time and cost it also means the venue is readily accessible for presenters etc coming out to your conference.

The Boutique Hotel is located in the Waitakere Ranges Heritage Park which provides for many opportunities for leisure and team building activities. These activities are available both onsite at Auckland’s Waitakere Estate or in the surrounding area. Options range from a leisurely bush walk or laser sport shooting through to true adventure abseiling down waterfalls onsite or cannyonning at Piha.

The venue also lends itself to other corporate events including corporate functions for groups of up to 70 guests, product releases and incentives. A helicopter pad is available onsite to fly VIP’s in for product launches and special events.

Onsite activities include a dry sauna, squash court, swimming pool. Petanque and croquet. There are extensive grounds surrounding the hotel and also onsite bush walks

At the end of the day relax in our large lounge bar in front of roaring log fires in the winter months

TUI CONFERENCE ROOM
The Tui Conference room has a magnificent outlook along with all of the necessary facilities for a successful conference. The conference room opens on to an elevated deck with breathtaking views of the surrounding Waitakere Ranges, Auckland City and sparkling Hauraki Gulf.
The conference room has abundant natural light, is fully air conditioned, can be darkened for visual displays and has wireless broadband. A break out room is available adjoining the Tui Conference Room.

Classroom – 35 delegates Theatre style - 60 delegates

CONFERENCE CENTRE
Our purpose designed Conference Centre is set in the gardens near the helipad and is separate from the main complex. The Conference Centre is fully equipped and includes three separate “break out” rooms and can be darkened for visual displays.

This room is suitable for small meetings and functions and has great views.

ACTIVITIES
