The Best Stand Awards are a highlight of MEETINGS and announcements are made at the MEETINGS Dinner at the conclusion of the event. The Best Stand Awards are proudly sponsored by Meeting Newz.
Meeting Newz engaged three respected, independent judges to choose the winners and runners up in two categories. The 2011 judges were:

Individual Stand of the Year
Winner: Ellerslie Event Centre
Although this stand was attractive in its own right it was the people that really made the difference.
Judges reported that this exhibitor was one of the few who actually checked their websites and researched their needs before their expo – they gave visitors a personalised pen with the buyers’ name on it and had a number of other special touches during the appointment as well. |

The judges likes the interaction and the fun aspects of this stand and found the staff friendly and efficient. |

Regional Stand of the Year:
Winner: Rotorua
This stands clean lines and eye catching format made it stand out, as did the friendly, efficient and knowledgeable people from the region. |

Runner up: Wellington
With a great overall look, a photo booth and especially ice cream this stand really stood out. |
