Welcome to our first newsletter! Our plans are well underway for MEETINGS 2010 and I look forward to assisting you in the coming months as we lead up to the event.

Further to our confirmation of your participation at MEETINGS 2010, I am now writing to you to provide you with your unique Exhibitor Zone reference number and access code.

We will be in regular contact with you over the coming months to keep you informed about all aspects of the show, some of which will require you to enter the Exhibitor Zone within the MEETINGS website. Please keep a copy of this newsletter with the link below and your reference and access code.

Appointment selection, booking of social event tickets and name badge registration will be conducted through the Exhibitor Zone.
Please provide your 100 word Company Marketing Profile as soon as possible, by accessing the Exhibitor Zone using the link below.

Your profile will be viewed by all buyers participating in the appointment programme. Your profile information provides the buyer with a snapshot of your products and services. If you wish to view your profile from MEETINGS 2009, or you wish to view examples of profiles, please follow the link within the Exhibitor Zone to the exhibitor listings for MEETINGS 2009.

We ask that you complete your profile information no later than Monday 22 March 2010.
