Across two days you can see all the people you need to know to make your conference, event or incentive programme a memorable success. Engage with your choice of over 180 suppliers from 18 captivating regions who will ensure your next conference, event or incentive programme is one guests will remember long after returning home.


Fully Hosted Buyer
As a Hosted Buyer you naturally enjoy free air and ground travel, accommodation, registration and tickets to our fabulous networking activities. We'll also schedule face-to-face appointments with exhibitors of your choice to help you make the best use of your time at MEETINGS 2016. As well as this we also offer Hosted Buyers the opportunity to take part in an exciting and fun-filled Auckland famil day hosted by the Auckland Convention Bureau on Tuesday 11 June.

One Day Hosted Buyer
For those that are time poor and cannot commit to the fully hosted programme, we are happy to offer the option of a one day appointment diary on either Wednesday 15 or Thursday 16 June. Domestic air travel (if required) and accommodation will be offered complimentary as well as tickets to our social events.

Auckland based buyers are welcome to apply to be hosted for the two day or one day Hosted Buyer programme.



  • The criteria for the Hosted Buyer programme is available when applying online. Applications close 4 April 2016.
  • MEETINGS management reserves the right to accept or decline Hosted Buyer applications at its discretion.
  • Hosted Buyers must commit to the appointment programme and attendance at relevant MEETINGS social events.
  • Pre-touring famils are available to Australian buyers only and the criteria and selection process is managed by participating Convention Bureaux.

The Appointment Programme facilitates face-to-face appointments between Exhibitors and Buyers - up to 35, fifteen minute appointments over two days
