The Appointment Programme
A highlight of MEETINGS is the two day appointment programme which facilitates face-to-face 15 minute meetings between Hosted Buyers and Exhibitors. You arrange appointments from the comfort of your own office using our sophisticated online technology – a fast and efficient method of selecting meetings with those suppliers that most interest you.
 

                       
One Day Appointment Programme:
Hosted Buyers from New Zealand may request a one day appointment programme during the online application process.
Return Air Travel
Hosted Buyers enjoy complimentary international or domestic air travel, thanks to our Principal Sponsor Air New Zealand. (Conditions may apply to point of origin. Airfare taxes and levies are the responsibility of the buyer.)
Accommodation
As a Hosted Buyer, you will enjoy complimentary accommodation, thanks to the hospitality of MEETINGS Host Hotels.
Ground Transport
As well as return airport transfers, you will enjoy transfers from your hotel to the exhibition each day and to and from the fabulous MEETINGS social events, thanks to our ground transport sponsor, Johnston's Coachlines.
Social Events
It’s not all work… we help you relax at the end of a busy day of appointments! Our fabulous social events are a popular part of the MEETINGS Programme. Network with new friends and celebrate MEETINGS at our Welcome Function and the MEETINGS Dinner.

 

 

  • The criteria for the Hosted Buyer programme is available when applying online. Applications close 18 April 2014.
  • MEETINGS management reserves the right to accept or decline Hosted Buyer applications at its discretion.
  • Hosted Buyers must commit to the appointment programme and attendance at relevant MEETINGS social events.
  • Pre-touring famils are available to Australian buyers only and the criteria and selection process is managed by participating Convention Bureaux
