MEETINGS 2013 will provide you with the opportunity to meet more than 170 of New Zealand’s best conference and incentive travel suppliers. We are also pleased to host
you to our social events and the added opportunity to participate in some optional and fun networking activities with Auckland Convention Bureau.

In order to finalise your participation in the MEETINGS 2013 programme, we require
your urgent confirmation.

Please note that we require your confirmation no later than close of business on Wednesday 24 April.
Please read carefully and agree to the Terms and Conditions and in particular take
special note of the cancellation policy. Give careful consideration before committing to participate in the programme.

Your travel will be co-ordinated via Tourism New Zealand and they will be in contact with you directly regarding these arrangements.

You will be hosted by one of Auckland’s host hotels during your stay in Auckland for MEETINGS 2013.
Accommodation is reserved in line with your travel booking and is provided on a complimentary, room only basis. Room incidentals including phone calls, dry-cleaning and hotel meals will need to be settled prior to your departure.
You will be advised of your allocated host hotel when we forward your final itinerary closer to the event.

The pre-scheduled appointment programme is one of the most important features of MEETINGS 2013, offering pre-arranged face-to-face appointments between exhibitors and
Hosted Buyers on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 June.
Once we have received your confirmation, we will be in contact again on Monday 20 May,
to ask you to go online again to the Hosted Buyer Zone where you will find important information and instructions pertaining to your participation in the appointment programme.
Within the Hosted Buyer Zone you will be given access to an Exhibitor Profile listing. This document details a profile of each exhibiting company; you will be able to study and then easily select the companies with whom you would prefer appointments.
Exhibiting companies will also select those buyers they wish to meet. Resulting from that
is a schedule of appointments requested by either you the buyer, the exhibitor or mutually requested appointments.
Whilst this activity is conducted online, please always remember we are only a phone call
or email away and we welcome any questions you may have.
