In late 2019, we will be opening the doors to Gibbston Valley Lodge & Spa, which will feature a number of fantastic lounge and dining venues. With its high ceilings, bar and fireplace, the lodge won’t fail to impress. Adjoining the main room is our light-filled Conservatory, while downstairs, the Tasting Room and Cellar lends itself beautifully to wine tastings and intimate dinners. There is also a media room, which is ideal for film screenings and presentations.
Accommodation will be available in our 24 luxury villas that look out onto working vineyards. We offer your guests a number of personalised experiences, from wine tastings and spa treatments, to exploring the thousand-acre Gibbston Valley Station and Kawarau River on bike or by foot.
