She’s held pivotal roles at renowned establishments such as PRA Destination Management, Warner Bros. Studios, Cirque du Soleil, Hyatt, and House of Blues, where she honed her skills in event sales and management. Natalie's passion for hospitality led her to pursue a degree in hotel administration at Cornell University.

Based in Los Angeles, she combines her knowledge with a creative flair to drive impactful strategies, making her a valuable asset in the global events landscape. She also sits on committees within both SITE and MPI to gain insight and give back to the industry.
