Penny Neilson has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, retail, and tourism industries. For the past ten years, she has been actively involved in the business events sector. Her journey includes roles such as the Functions and Events Coordinator at Toitū Otago Settlers Museum and Lan Yuan Dunedin Chinese Garden. Penny’s expertise extends to regional events funding and destination management projects, which she worked on during her secondment to Enterprise Dunedin.
In her current role as the Business Events Lead, Penny is passionate about promoting Dunedin as a thriving business events destination.
