In 2015, Edward embarked on his journey with Tourism New Zealand, where he plays a pivotal role in driving incentives and trade initiatives, contributing significantly to the promotion of New Zealand as a premier destination for business events. Prior to his tenure with Tourism New Zealand, Edward held the position of Regional Director for South and Southeast Asia at the Melbourne Convention Bureau.

Edward's diverse professional background encompasses roles in various industries. His experience as head for the tourism course in a business school reflects his commitment to nurturing the next generation of tourism professionals.
