Nestled in the bush-covered Waitakere Ranges, Tui Hills offers a native garden setting where you feel a million miles from anywhere, but only 30 minutes drive from central Auckland.
It’s the perfect venue to get away from it all to host a company Christmas party, reward staff with a special night out, host a luncheon, launch a new product or organise a meeting or presentation?
Tui Hills is situated on Scenic Drive in West Auckland. Renowned for its beautiful native garden settings, it’s the perfect venue for an event with that kiwi feel.
There are three spaces, inside and out, plus a 40-vehicle car park, available to suit your needs.
The venue is fully licensed with a range of catering options from canape style to fine dining, morning teas to giant grazing tables. For parties, the bar is open all the way to midnight and we can assist with a DJ or live music.
All manner of AV equipment is available, from a microphone and projector through to an LED wall or phot booth. Free Wi-Fi is included.
To get you to and from safely, we can also organise bus or luxury vehicle transport, or hotel accommodation at a discount rate.
Tui Hills has three main spaces: the beautiful outside garden area known as the Kowhai glade, a sheltered area with giant canopy and small stage, the Nikau Pavilion, and the Nectar room, a large indoor space with licensed bar and full kitchen. The Nectar Room can be divided into two rooms, if not more, using partitions.
There are a range of options for dining, including simpler offerings for meetings, training and presentations. Catering is provided by Tui Hills kitchen.
A series of standard seating plans from boardroom to theatre – plus all manner of dining and cocktail/party layouts – make the Nectar Room an ideal place to hold your next event. Acoustic panelling means there is no echo, and air-conditioning maintains a constant, pleasant temperature.
If weather permits, you can also hold your events under cover outside in the Nikau or in the Kowhai Glade.
Staff, seating, tables, tableware and sound system are included in hire prices. Bluetooth microphone/speaker, lectern, whiteboard, a projector with screen and photobooth are available for hire at the venue. Additional items such as TVS, LED walls, stages can be hired in through our approved suppliers.

If you’re looking to organise a small multi-day event, we’ve put together a collection of appropriate services, including transport.

Extra meeting rooms can be made available from nearby Waitakere Resort.
