Hosted Buyer Programme

You can attend MEETINGS in a number of different ways 

Option 1: Attend as a Hosted Buyer
Hosted Buyer applications* are open to anyone who plans, researches, or makes budgetary decisions for conferences, events or incentive travel business in New Zealand. Join us as a Hosted Buyer and experience our warm hospitality, along with complimentary** ground and air travel, accommodation, registration and social events. 

Option 2: Attend as a One Day Hosted Buyer - New Zealand Buyers Only
For those that are time poor and cannot commit to the full hosted programme, we offer a One Day appointment diary on either Wednesday 30th, or Thursday 31st May. Domestic air travel (if required) and accommodation will be offered on a complimentary basis and will be arranged to fit with your arrival and departure times. Hosting at our social events is also possible, dependent on your availability. 

Auckland based buyers are welcome to apply to be a hosted for either the full Hosted Buyer Programme, or for the One Day Hosted Buyer Programme. A limited number of places are available to be a Hosted Buyer at MEETINGS 2018. Make sure you register today! 

*MEETINGS 2018 reserves the right to accept or decline any Hosted Buyer application at its discretion. In return for this hosting you will be required to attend pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors.
