When you attend as a Hosted Buyer, we’ve got everything covered. Our Hosted Buyer programme is open to those in New Zealand and Australia. If you’re based out of Auckland, as a Hosted Buyer we do the organisation for you; with complimentary flights* to Auckland, accommodation in one of our Host Hotels, and free tickets to the MEETINGS social functions, you can sit back and relax after all of your meetings! Hosted Buyers based in Auckland will also receive free tickets to the MEETINGS social functions, accommodation may be available, but is reserved for those buyers outside of Auckland primarily.
With pre-scheduled appointments organised before MEETINGS, you’ll be sure to meet everyone you need to meet in order to organise your next event.
If you organise any events in your role such as Board Meetings, Team Building Activities, Staff Functions, Christmas Parties, Award Ceremonies or more, you can attend MEETINGS as a Day Buyer.
As a Day Buyer, you can attend MEETINGS at a pace that suits you. You can attend the tradeshow for one day, two days, or even just an hour. You also have the choice of organising appointments with our exhibitors before you arrive, or you can wander the show floor and meet with exhibitors as suited to you!
Day Buyers are also invited to the Day Buyer Lunch and Speaker Showcase, held on both days of MEETINGS 2018. Kindly brought to you by Millennium Hotels & Resorts, and Celebrity Speakers, enjoy a delectable 3 course lunch and a collection of inspiring speakers that you could use for your next event!
As a service and/or product supplier to the MICE Industry, MEETINGS is the perfect place to display your business. With over 200 Hosted Buyers, and over 400 Day Buyers each year, you’ll gain exposure to the whole industry over two days. Before the tradeshow, we help you to organise pre-scheduled appointments with our hosted buyers, meaning you’ll really be able to hit the ground running onsite.
If you're a member of the Convention and Incentive Industry, you're welcome to visit MEETINGS as an Industry Guests. Industry Guests are welcome to roam the tradeshow floor and gain a better understanding of the event. If you're interested in exhibiting the following year, attending as an Industry Guest is a great option to see what MEETINGS is all about.
