With a unique divisible auditorium and the ability to cater for groups of 200 to 2000 delegates, the centre’s facilities can easily be configured to your specific needs; from boutique and intimate conferences for a few hundred, to grand large-scale conventions or trade exhibitions with thousands of attendees, we can have up to three major events running simultaneously.

Situated in the heart of Christchurch’s CBD, the Christchurch Convention Centre is an impressive, purpose-built venue surrounded by a variety of deluxe hotels and multi-tiered accommodation providers and is only 15-20 minutes from Christchurch International Airport.
Boosting state of the art facilities, drive in access and 1864 sqm of flat floor space it is a flexible and functional space for a variety of events. The three pillarless halls open up into a pre-function area leading to the impressive naturally lit foyer. A staircase and elevator provide access to the first floor where there are seven breakout rooms of various sizes, a Business Centre, Board Room and private bar.
